Gomini Innovation Private Limited (“Gomini”) respects your right to control your personal information. If you wish to request deletion of personal data associated with your use of Gomini's services - including data associated with website form submissions, partner interactions, or WhatsApp communications - you may do so by following the instructions below.

To help us identify and process your request, please provide:

• Your full name.
• The email address, phone number or WhatsApp number associated with your interactions with Gomini.
• A brief description of what data you would like deleted (for example: “website waitlist submission”, “partner inquiry”, “WhatsApp conversation history”).

Providing enough identifying information helps us locate the relevant records accurately and avoid affecting other users' data.

What happens after you submit a request

• We will acknowledge your request and may contact you if we need additional information to verify your identity or locate the relevant records.
• We will process eligible deletion requests and confirm completion.
• Certain records may need to be retained where required by applicable law, regulation, or a legitimate legal or compliance obligation. If any part of your request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain why.

Scope

A deletion request to Gomini covers personal data held by Gomini in its own systems. It does not automatically delete data held by third-party platforms (for example, WhatsApp/Meta) under their own data policies. For data held by WhatsApp or Meta, please refer to their respective privacy settings and data management tools.
