Gomini Innovation Private Limited (“Gomini”) is a partner-led puja-samagri operations platform. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your personal information responsibly. Gomini uses WhatsApp for approved customer and partner communications. Where you or a partner interact with Gomini through WhatsApp, messages and associated communication data may be processed to:
WhatsApp messages are processed in accordance with this privacy policy and with WhatsApp's own terms and policies. Gomini does not access the personal messages of any partner or user outside of conversations directed to or initiated with Gomini.
Gomini is a Meta-approved WhatsApp Business Tech Provider. This means Gomini provides the technology infrastructure that enables our partners - pandits and other service providers - to connect their own WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABAs) to the WhatsApp Business API.
When a partner connects their WABA through Gomini's platform, Gomini acts as an intermediary: we facilitate the technical onboarding, manage API access, and may process certain business account data on their behalf, such as WABA ID, phone number ID, access tokens, and webhook events.
End-user messages that flow through a partner's WABA are processed in accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service (business.whatsapp.com/policy) and Meta's Privacy Policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy). Gomini does not read, store, or analyse the content of end-user conversations that occur within a partner's WABA beyond what is technically necessary to operate the integration.
Partners who connect their WABA through Gomini remain the data controller for their end-users' data. Gomini acts as a data processor in that context.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information we hold from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are a partner whose WABA is connected through Gomini's platform, you may also request deletion of your WABA integration data, including stored access tokens and webhook configuration, by writing to [email protected]. Gomini will action such requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Note: Deletion of WABA integration data will disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account from Gomini's platform.
